They are now hiring an experienced Site Foreman due to growth. They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial and Residential Construction industries. Project west of Brisbane up to $80m. Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: 3 - 5 years of experience in the role. Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others. Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 3-5 years industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $80m Your Rewards: Attractive salary package $125K - $145K super dependant on experience.
