* Assist with daily front desk operations.
* Conduct guest and carrier enquiries via phone, email or in person.
* Serve guest arrivals and departures.
* Achieve guest satisfaction targets and exhibit excellent customer service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience in similar positions within a hosting or front office environment.
* A self-motivated attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all lounge team members and associated aviation companies.
* Impeccable time management skills.
* A friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation.
