Job Description
* Ensure deliveries are made safely.
* Efficiently and effectively co-ordinate the delivery of product, problem solving issues as they arrive to meet targets
* Contribute to the optimal utilisation of the company fleet
* Ensure that no load ever arrives late without a phone call to the customer prior to the expected delivery time
* Provide exceptional service to customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to forecast delivery needs and schedule deliveries accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
* 2 years + experience within the transport industry
* Prior experience in a fleet allocator / fleet scheduler role
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
