Job Description We are seeking a driven Conference & Events Sales Executive to manage the full enquiry-to-conversion process, turning opportunities into confirmed business and building a strong pipeline of future events. This is a commercially focused sales role where success comes from structured follow-up, strong communication and consistent conversion activity. You will prepare tailored proposals, manage client relationships, and ensure opportunities are progressed efficiently through the sales cycle. Working closely with the wider Sales and Events team, you will play a key role in driving revenue across conferencing, accommodation and event services. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritise conference & events enquiries to drive conversion Prepare strong, tailored proposals aligned to client needs Proactively follow up leads to secure confirmed business Maintain a clear, structured sales pipeline with full visibility Secure contracts and deposits within required timeframes Build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners Drive revenue across accommodation, catering, and event services Ensure accurate CRM updates and pipeline reporting Support seamless handover of confirmed business to operations Align activity with Pullman brand standards and Accor Live Limitless
