About The Role

Zenith Energy is seeking an Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst (ESG) to play a key role in supporting the ESG team to deliver sustainability insights, reports, and improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do
* Collect, validate, analyse and support reporting of ESG data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and audit readiness, and identifying recommendations for continuous business improvement.
* Coordinate the production and ongoing maintenance of Zenith's ESG reporting frameworks, including Sustainability, NGERS, ASRS, Modern Slavery Statement, SASB and Board‐level reporting.
* Track progress and report monthly against Zenith's ESG goals, objectives and key performance indicators.
* Contribute to the planning and implementation of ESG initiatives, including coordination of project deliverables against agreed timelines and budgets.
* Conduct and support materiality assessment, including internal and external surveys and ad‐hoc stakeholder engagement (clients, shareholders and suppliers).
About You

As the ESG Analyst, you should possess the following experience, skills and qualifications:

Experience and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, engineering, environmental science or data science.
* Work experience or internship in ESG data acquisition, analysis and reporting.
* Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks such as ASRS, SASB, NGERS or TCFD.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Ability to analyse and present data in meaningful, influential ways.
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise easily and professionally internally and with external collaborators and stakeholders.
