Position Summary
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in inspiring your project team, delivering creative design solutions, and instilling confidence in our clients. Reporting to the Design Director, you will lead interior design projects, manage stakeholders, and oversee the project journey. This client‐facing position also involves peer mentoring, guiding our design team through a thoughtful, design‐led process.
Experience
* 9+ years' experience as an Interior Designer within a similar role.
* +5 years working across high quality workplace, commercial and various other sectors.
* Design & Construction experience is essential.
* 2+ Project Leadership experience with the ability to manage a small internal team, consultants, and clients.
* Skilled in end-to-end project design, from initial pitch to completion.
* Proficient in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
* A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or equivalent.
* Strong networking skills, an established network locally within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Take the lead on interior design projects from concept to completion.
* Team Management: Guide a small internal team, fostering collaboration and supporting professional growth.
* Client & Consultant Coordination: Function as the project's primary design point of contact for clients and consultants, ensuring clear communication, setting expectations, and maintaining strong relationships.

* End-to-End Project Execution: Manage all project stages, including pitching, design development, documentation, and on-site coordination, taking a hands‐on approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
* Creative Direction: Drive innovative and unique design solutions tailored to each project, pushing creative boundaries while meeting client objectives.
* Quality Control & Review: Conduct peer reviews and quality checks on design work, upholding high standards and mentoring team members through design challenges.
* Industry Events and Networking: Represent the brand at industry events and engage with clients and partners, using your network to enhance visibility and create collaboration opportunities.
* Client Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining open communication, promptly addressing client concerns, and regularly seeking feedback to improve satisfaction, escalating issues when necessary.
* Mentorship and Resource Management: Mentor and guide junior team members, collaborating with the Design Director to balance workload and address project resourcing requirements.
