We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Coordinator to join our team. This is a 6-month secondment opportunity that will provide you with the chance to develop new skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shifts, managing resources, and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members and contribute to the success of our business.

* Ensure seamless communication between teams and departments
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
