Our client, a leading mining company based in KwinanaKwinana, is seeking a part-time Administrator to support their IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible role (3 days per week) in a dynamic technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
* General administrative support to the IT department (bookings, follow-ups, tracking tasks)
* Assist with raising and managing purchase requisitions
* Asset management – tracking software licenses, hardware, and related records
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with vendors or internal stakeholders as needed
About You
* Previous admin experience, ideally supporting a tech or IT team
* Basic understanding of IT environments or terminology
* Experience with SAP Public Cloud is a bonus but not essential
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
