Chandler Macleod is partnering with a Tier 1 global mining company operating a major Bauxite Mine in Gove, NT, delivering a multi-billion-dollar capital and closure program through to ****.
We are seeking two Construction Leads to support a range of projects including capital works, infrastructure upgrades, remediation, closure, and process piping:
Mechanical Construction Lead
Multi-Discipline Construction Lead (Civil/Mechanical)
About the Role
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring HSE, cost, schedule, and quality compliance
Develop scopes, manage contractors, monitor productivity, and manage project change
Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
Collaborate with stakeholders across operational and closure projects
Key Requirements
Proven construction leadership in mining, heavy industry, or large infrastructure
Mechanical construction experience (Mechanical Lead) or civil/mechanical multi-discipline experience (All-Rounder)
Strong HSE knowledge, risk management, and team leadership skills
Ability to work in a remote FIFO environment

$100/hour, including f lights and travel time (up to 6 hours)
