About the Role
As a Landscape Foreman at Stone Will Landscaping, you will manage and coordinate all stages of landscape construction projects from award through to handover. You will lead site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This role requires strong leadership, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to effectively oversee site operations while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
* Certificate III in Landscape or equivalent
* Valid NSW Driver's Licence
* Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)
* Demonstrable management experience within the construction industry
* Ability to interpret project drawings and levels
* Proven experience in daily works reporting to management and clients
* Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Review project plans and specifications, providing input on design, scheduling, forecasting requirements, identifying potential improvement opportunities and risks.
* Lead and communicate effectively with site staff and trades, ensuring labour productivity, subcontractor performance, and high-quality workmanship.
* Monitor and update project schedules, costs, materials, and variations.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and senior management to resolve issues, attend site meetings, and support effective project delivery.
* Oversee site operations, including material scheduling, trade quotations, daily diaries, and documentation, ensuring compliance with business management systems.
