With a content-driven approach to marketing, we partner with councils and local businesses to grow a thriving, sustainable visitor economy.The roleWe're looking for a proactive Partner Success Coordinator to support our industry partners and support delivery of our Premium Partner Program.
You'll be the key contact for partners and the glue between our partners and internal team.
We are a virtual team, so you will work from home but must reside somewhere within our region.What you'll doAct as the primary contact for Premium Partner Program participantsCoordinate onboarding, renewals and delivery of benefitsMaintain internal tracking for partner engagement, deliverables and milestonesSupport media, asset development and content-creator famils/tripsDevelop content and promotional assets with the GORRT team (social, EDMs, web)Ensure all partner content aligns with GORRT brand guidelinesPrepare regular performance reports and annual summariesYou're our next superhero if you haveExperience in partnership coordination, stakeholder engagement or account managementStrong problem-solving and relationship-building skillsHands-on experience with digital marketing (social, web, EDMs) and copywritingUnderstanding of SEO/SEM and social advertisingProficiency with tools like Microsoft 365, Canva, Mailchimp and CMS platformsAbility to react quickly and leverage content/media/co-op opportunitiesKnowledge of (and passion for) the Excellent Ocean Road regionSend your CV and a short cover letter to (emailprotected) Applications close Wednesday 24 September.
