Industrial Automation Project Manager
As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, implementation, and commissioning of automation systems on customer sites.
Key to your success will be effective coordination and supervision of assigned project teams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
You will also play a critical role in maintaining consistent communication between customers and E80 Group stakeholders, managing project changes collaboratively with project managers and customers, and handling non-conformity processes in conjunction with technical and supply chain teams.
Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure that each project phase is approved following successful testing, in compliance with contractual timelines and procedures.
Requirements
* Engineering degree or technical diploma with at least 3 years' experience in a comparable role within the automation industry.
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, resource planning tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Proven leadership and organizational skills.
* Candidate-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
* Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
* Availability to work in shifts and willingness to travel extensively across Australia and internationally.
