About The Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated individual who is a team player and committed to collaborative work to achieve exceptional client service. You will be part of a growth-oriented environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key liaison
* Assist in developing an effective and efficient audit strategy
* Assist team members in completing documents required for planning an audit engagement
* Work closely with the engagement manager on the engagement, identifying potential problem areas or budget difficulties
* Coordinate engagements without manager assistance, reporting directly to the Partner where appropriate
* Identify potential improvements and communicate these to Managers
* Prepare and monitor budgets for various engagements
* Coach and mentor junior colleagues and build internal relationships
* Liaise with clients and identify future opportunities
About You
* CA/CPA qualification (working towards)
* The ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and solve problems
* Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
* Strong IT and computer skills, embracing new technology and adapting quickly
* Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
* Ability to effectively manage your workflow
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
* Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
Negotiable salary based on relevant experience, starting from $82,000.00 (inclusive of super).
