Radiation Oncology Opportunity
BC Cancer - Victoria Cancer Centre is seeking a full-time Radiation Oncologist to join their provincial Radiation Therapy program. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, including 22 Radiation Oncologists and two General Practitioners in Oncology.
The ideal candidate will have obtained their Fellowship in Radiation Oncology from the RCPSC or an equivalent qualification. A clinical appointment with the UBC Faculty of Medicine, Department of Surgery, Division of Radiation Oncology, is available with privileges through the Provincial Health Services Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority at the Royal Jubilee Hospital.
The role requires a commitment to reconciliation and understanding of Indigenous issues, cultural safety, and anti-racism. Full COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory as per Public Health Order.
