Job Opportunity: Assistant Store Manager We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager with a passion for excellent customer service to join our retail team at Mackay airport in a full-time, permanent role to support our Store Manager and be a strong brand ambassador.To be part of our team you'll need to have:Demonstrated experience in a similar fast-paced roleDemonstrated experience managing and motivating a teamStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesExperience mentoring & coaching across customer service, product knowledge, inventory control & merchandisingExperience in recruitment, rostering, stock control, and loss prevention will be highly regardedConfidence using Microsoft applications including Excel, Word & Outlook is a mustAs we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate 7 days a week. With this in mind, we are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible as in some cases rosters may fall outside normal business hours.
