About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing individual sales plans to meet and exceed regional sales targets. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, penetrating new markets, and expanding the company's footprint within the assigned region. Key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing technical advice and application support, and managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Regular travel will be required to meet with clients, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across the assigned region.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should have 3-4+ years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in the mining, tools, or materials sectors. A background in mechanical, production, quality, or materials engineering is also highly desirable. In addition to excellent communication and consultative sales skills, the ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage 1-3-month sales cycles, experience in direct B2B technical sales, and autonomy and independence to manage their own sales territory.
