We are seeking a Product Analyst to join a large-scale payments transformation program with a leading financial services organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work on a major platform migration project that will shape the future of customer payments, while being part of a highly collaborative and supportive team.
About the Role You'll be joining a newly created squad focused on the migration of a high-value client onto a next-generation payments platform. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams, you will:
* Document and analyse business requirements, facilitate workshops, and resolve issues.
* Contribute to roadmap and backlog management in partnership with Product Owners.
* Support incident management, compliance, and service delivery.
* Build strong relationships with SMEs across product, risk, compliance, and vendors.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning).
* Communicate business/customer value to delivery squads.
What We're Looking For
* Background in payments, merchant acquiring, or retail financial services – essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and thrive in a busy, collaborative environment.
* Experience with Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
* Risk and compliance knowledge, or exposure to service management, will be highly regarded.
