We are particularly seeking support workers who are available for a variety of shifts around the hills district and western Sydney.
**At a minimum, you will have a valid drivers licence, and also,**
- National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
- Senior First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS worker orientation certificate
Certificate 3/4 in disability highly regarded.
**You must be able to demonstrate experience in disability or aged care, including**:
- Experience in high care disability, in particular spinal cord injuries or motor neurone disease
- Manual Handling
- Personal Care
- Bowel Care
- Feeding
- Light domestic duties
- Social support
- Assisted daily living
We especially want to hear from you if you have supported clients with high physical care requirements including hoist transfers and bowel management.
