We are Ballarat's largest motor vehicle dealership group, operating from two large dealership sites across Wendouree.
We are on the lookout for a high-achieving professional to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice on key marketing components, including selecting the optimal mix of products or services, establishing competitive pricing strategies, designing effective advertising and promotional campaigns, optimizing sales strategies, and determining the most efficient distribution channels to reach target customers. This involves analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to develop comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Provide strategic recommendations on digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media engagement, and performance tracking.
* Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives successfully.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and enhance product and service offerings.
* Design and implement marketing strategies, covering product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
* Offer guidance on sales strategies to maximize market presence and customer reach.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
* Assess market trends and data insights to support decision-making and refine marketing approaches.
* Generate innovative marketing campaign ideas to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
* Digital photography and videography including drone footage for use in promotional activities. Adobe photoshop, illustrator and other editing software will be necessary for this role.

Pay Range: $80,000 – $90,000p.a. incl. Overtime & Bonuses
Full Time: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
