Schwarz Excavations is seeking experienced Hi-Rail Operators to join our team and contribute to major civil, rail, and infrastructure projects across Queensland. About The Role
* Assist with maintenance of rail track infrastructure
* Operate hi-rail vehicles in compliance with network-specific standards and operational procedures.
* Follow all site, client and Schwarz safety policies and procedures
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe operations
* Support a safety-first culture through proactive participation
* Accurately complete required paperwork and reports
Skills And Experience
* RIW
* Unit TLIC3045 Operate road/rail vehicle
* Construction Induction (White Card)
* C Class Driver's Licence
* Ability to pass a CAT 1 Rail Medical Assessment
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
* Strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
* Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure (desirable)
