Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming and communicating with members and potential members, in person, by phone, or by mail.
* Responding to member inquiries, resolving problems, and explaining membership and warehouse programs.
* Reviewing membership and warehouse programs to maintain knowledge and stay up-to-date.
* Processing new membership and membership maintenance according to proper departmental procedures.
* Collecting membership fees and issuing receipts.
* Providing prompt and courteous member service.
* Assisting with member loading and shopping, as needed.
* Securing manager assistance when necessary to address member concerns.
* Participating in other departmental activities as required.
Requirements
* High school certificate or equivalent.
* Experience in membership, cashier, customer service, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Satisfactory background check.
