This role involves collaborating with materials scientists and engineers to design experimental equipment and develop test procedures. Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute experiments.
* Developing and executing structured experiments to determine compliance with design targets.
* Analyzing test data using advanced statistics and data processing techniques.
Qualifications
Required skills and experience include:
* Product validation and certification test programs.
* Experimentation in a materials science/chemistry environment.
* Familiarity with various data acquisition and controls platforms (Industrial PLCs, Laboratory-oriented systems).
* Experience with precision gas handling equipment, heat exchangers, fluid state and flow measurements, and controls.
* Comfort with open-ended problems, rapidly-changing goals, and hungry to learn and solve problems in a new technology field.
