An established property investment and mortgage broking business based in the Sutherland Shire is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator & Assistant to support a busy, fast-paced team. This is a hands-on, admin-heavy role focused on client follow-ups, coordination, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients post-sale and post-settlement. Ideal for someone with a background in real estate or finance administration who thrives on structure, organisation, and follow-through. The Role You will be the central point of support across both the property and finance sides of the business, ensuring everything is followed up and running smoothly.
