* Deliver solutions that uplift experience for customers, employees, and the organisation as a whole.
What You'll Bring
* A genuine passion for the CX industry and a drive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of customers and communities.
* The ability to create trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* A strong working knowledge of CX platforms, including Genesys, NICE, AWS Connect, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cognigy, and Nuance.
* Commercial acumen and a knack for designing creative commercial solutions that deliver tangible ROI.
