**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**
- **Signboards and brochures - **Create and order signboards and maintain stock of generic materials
- **Special promotions - **Organise promotions and giveaways for special occasions
- **Communication - **Keep the team informed and engaged through the weekly staff newsletters and issue distribution lists to clients
- **Social media - **Create content and schedule posts & provide social media support for other team members
- **Newspaper and magazine ads**:Manage newspaper adverts, reviewing ads for errors and handle editorial requests
- **Auctions -**Coordinate auction materials and marketing campaigns for auction days
- **Advertising -**Manage marketing material for bus stops and billboards whilst also exploring new site availability.
- **Support**:
- This role will be back up to the Sales Administrator and likewise the Sales Administrator will be backup to you. Provide daily backup support to the Receptionist by taking overflow incoming calls.

**THE NITTY GRITTY**
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communicator, who can develop relationships with suppliers, the team as well as industry contacts.
- Knowledge of print and web requirements
- Strong knowledge and skills. Possesses excellent written skills, ability to work within deadlines, and have expertise in social media platforms and Canva.
- Ability to create basic design concepts
