Key Responsibilities
* Comprehensive primary health care & chronic disease management
* Emergency response, triage & stabilisation
* Preventative health, immunisations & health education
* Collaboration with Aboriginal Health Workers, community elders & remote teams
* Rotational on-call shifts and clinic duties
* Being a trusted and respected health presence in remote communities

What We're Looking For
You're a calm, confident clinician with a sense of adventure and a passion for culturally safe care.
To be considered, you'll need:
* 4+ years recent RAN or rural/remote experience
* Immunisation cert, ALS + MEC/REC or willingness to obtain
* Manual licence and willingness to drive remote roads
* NPC + WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong cultural awareness & ability to work in diverse communities
* A mindset that says: "I can handle anything that walks through the clinic door."
