About the Roles You will be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown support across high-speed production lines, packaging machinery, conveyors, motors, and automated equipment. These roles offer consistent hours, strong site cultures, and opportunities for training and progression.
What You'll Be Doing
* Attend to electrical breakdowns, trouble-shooting PLC, VSD, sensors, motors, and automated systems
* Execute preventive and reactive maintenance on production and processing equipment
* Support continuous improvement, reliability, and efficiency initiatives
* Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams
* Ensure safety and compliance across all work performed
What We're Looking For
* QLD Electrical Licence (Electrical Mechanic)
* Solid experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments (food, packaging, plastics, industrial)
* Strong fault-finding skills across PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), drives, and control systems
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a close-knit maintenance team
* High commitment to safety, quality, and production uptime
