About the Opportunity
The primary focus of this role will be to drive end-user conversion to Milwaukee and grow market share across all product categories within your territory. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and authorised distributors to maximise value and collaboration.
* Identify and act on new business opportunities with both existing and prospective users.
* Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 2 year trade experience or relevant graduate degree.
* A minimum 1 year direct selling experience (desired).
* Experience with using CRM software (desired).
* Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
* Experience within the transportation, automotive or similar industry.
* A full driver's licence and excellent driving history.
