Physiotherapist (Full-time / Part-time - Kalgoorlie)

We are seeking a Physiotherapistswho is passionate about providing client-focused care in the community. This role is hands-on, meaningful, and rewarding — you'll be supporting clients to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their independence in their own homes.

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

* Deliver safe, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
* Conduct assessments and contribute to care planning and reviews.
* Provide rehabilitation, mobility training, and exercise programs to support client goals.
* Work closely with clients, families, and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.

Qualifications

* Bachelor or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Current driver's licence and reliable lor or Master s vehicle (required for community visits).
* National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate

Experience

* Minimum 2 years' clinical experience, with some related experience in community or aged care settings.
* Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessments, and interventions for older adults.
* Demonstrated ability to work as part of a MDT team

Preferred Skills

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

* Knowledge of Support at Home, CHSP, and My Aged Care frameworks
* Experience with mobility / falls assessments and Aged Care Funding documentation.
* Understanding manual handling, dementia care, and falls prevention strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and respectful approach to older clients
* Proven ability to manage time, prioritise workload, and work autonomously in the community.
* Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and continuous improvement.
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
