Working across the ACT and Southern NSW Coast - flexi-working available & travel required- Building Services Manager role - manage our property assets across Canberra and Southern NSW Coast- Eligible for 'not for profit' salary packaging - up to $15,900 a year
Opportunity:
As our new Building Services Manager, you'll play the key role in managing and maintaining our property assets across the ACT/ Southern NSW Coast.
You'll also be involved in:
- Managing all ACT & Southern NSW Region property assets and infrastructure, including upgrades and refurbishment.- Coordinating all ACT & Southern NSW Region building asset maintenance programs; including statutory, preventative and corrective maintenance.- Providing regular reporting on schedules, project submissions and minor works programs, across all properties in our ACT Region & Southern NSW. We need you to have to succeed:
- Significant and demonstrable experience in building or facilities management role, ideally within the Aged Care industry.- High levels of communication, people and contractor management, influencing and negotiation skills.- Obvious experience working with; multiple trades, building and contractor risk, WHS, essential fire safety measures, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services etc.- Demonstrated history of co-ordinating and deploying contracted resources to achieve business outcomes, including emergency response work.- Knowledge of aged care maintenance operations and standards, including safety and safe working requirements would be highly advantageous, though not essential.- Australian work rights, a valid driving licence and a willingness to submit a National Crime Check.
