About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Export & Logistics Coordinator
to join our client in Eagle Farm. In this role, you will manage end-to-end export logistics, ensuring international shipments are coordinated efficiently, compliantly, and delivered on time. You will liaise with carriers, clients, and overseas offices while maintaining accurate export documentation and shipment tracking through SAP.
This is a customer-focused position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys taking ownership of freight coordination from dispatch through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage international export shipments (courier, air, FCL, LCL, OOG)
* Prepare and process export shipping documentation
* Arrange and negotiate freight, including ILCs and SBLCs
* Monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery
* Liaise with clients, carriers, and overseas offices
* Ensure export compliance and accurate system updates (SAP)
* Assist with tenders and freight requests
* Ensure goods are packed to international transport standards
About You
* 35 years experience in export or freight operations
* Strong knowledge of customs and freight forwarding processes
* Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
* High-level customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Experience using SAP or similar export systems
* Forklift licence (desirable)
* Ability to work independently and within a team
