Appointment Coordinator Role
At our organization, we're reimagining how healthcare is delivered in local communities. As an Appointment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making this happen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage care worker schedules, including last-minute changes and leave requests.
2. Ensure adherence to scheduling guidelines, training, and regulatory requirements.
3. Manage third-party service bookings and supplier engagement.
4. Act as first point of contact for customer scheduling inquiries, providing timely and friendly support.
5. Use systems to maintain accurate data and ensure payroll accuracy.
6. Provide workforce insights to leaders and assist with recruitment alignment.
7. Deliver occasional out-of-hours support when rostered.
8. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
What You Will Bring:
* Experience in scheduling or coordinating is preferred but not essential — we also welcome applicants from a call centre or customer support background looking for a career change.
* Adaptability, resilience, and a strong service mindset.
