We are seeking an immediately available employee relations advisor to join a values driven business in Chatswood for a period of 2-3 months.
* Employee Advisory Experience Required | North Sydney Location
* $50 - $55 + Super per hour | 2-3 Month Temporary Assignment

THE ROLE
Reporting to the ER Manager, the Employee Relations Specialist will join a high-performing ER function supporting a large and diverse franchise network across Australia. This is a temporary, project-based role initially for approximately 2-3 months.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting audits to ensure compliance with Employee Relations policies and legislation
* Providing practical ER advice via phone and email channels
* Managing sensitive and complex conversations with professionalism and resilience
* Working collaboratively within the broader People & Culture team
This is a temporary 2-3 month role.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* 3+ years' experience within Employee Relations or Industrial Relations
* Strong award interpretation capability, ideally within hospitality, retail, QSR or fast-paced environments
* Confidence managing complex stakeholder conversations with resilience and professionalism
* Experience supporting multi-site environments highly regarded
* A sound understanding of the Australian employment landscape and legislation
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
