As a technical leader, you will deliver innovative solutions and high-quality projects for our clients, and help build a robust, skilled, and motivated team capable of sustaining our long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding technical leadership, client management, and project delivery for complex environmental impact assessment and approvals projects across NSW.Leading multi-disciplinary teams by designing and coordinating studies and environmental assessments.Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders to encourage collaborative engagement for successful outcomes.Business planning and strategic decision-making, seeking out new project opportunities, preparing proposals, and converting leads into new business.Preparing technical reports and growing our team’s technical capability through mentoring and technical reviews.What you will bring to the teamRelevant tertiary qualifications in environmental studies (such as Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or Urban Planning).Over 15 years of professional experience in a consulting environment.Expertise in strategy setting, design, coordination, and management of environmental impact assessment studies and regulatory approvals.Strong knowledge of NSW and Commonwealth environmental legislation and planning policy.Experience in leading projects, business development, networking, and client relationship management.We’re open to discussing full-time or part-time options.Interested?
