We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Osborne Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive recruitment services to our technical division, identifying top talent for our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Full-cycle recruitment for all white-collar positions, including proactive sourcing, advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, extending job offers.
* Maintaining talent pools, headhunting, and conducting passive searches.
* Providing guidance and advice to Hiring Managers.
* Collaborating with the broader HR team.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in white-collar recruitment (preferably in engineering, construction, or resources).
* Experience with proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and strong negotiation skills.
* A personalized approach to customer service, applied to colleagues and candidates alike.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
