It’s A New BeginningA unique role to help us transition across to new technology platforms to revolutionise our businessTrupanion Australia is moving over to a new technology platform, partnering with one of Australia's leading insurance companies. Surrounding a core claims and policy platform that already exists, you will be working with the Operations Manager and expert partners to identify and plug in world class solutions for CRM, BI, Sales Planning, Call Centre software and integration, hardware & software sourcing and integration and infosec. Your primary responsibility will be to work with other digital project managers from our US and Australian business partners to manage and coordinate the integration of business technology solutions into the established insurance platform to create one seamless ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:Work with our USA office to coordinate the migration of all our dataWork with our Australian partners to ensure that the new insurance platform meets the needs of the business and unique functionality is built into the platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirementsDevelop detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and process flowsAnalyse current state processes and propose improvementsWork with developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctlySupport testing, validation, and change management activitiesManage and co-ordinate multiple technology vendors to integrate recommended solutions forCRM: Possible solutions may include HubSpot or Microsoft DynamicsBI: Possible solutions may include Power BI, TableauBanking technology: liaising with our Australian bank to ensure smooth cross over of customer dataHardware & Software: working across stakeholders to identify the best solutions for our head office team and our field force and then implementing with expert partnersWebsite: Manage website expert partner to design, develop and build our new website to house multiple portals for members and customers, quote and buy engines and integration into our other technology platformsOngoing management and review of the expert partners to bring everything together and ensure the project remains on time and an on budget.Monthly reporting to management team plus weekly update review meetingsBuild and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across our American and Australian business partners and our expert partners to foster collaboration and trust. Skill, Attributes and Experience:Experience managing similar digital transformation projects with data migration across platformsBA experience / skillset to support with requirements gathering and documentation, helping define scope and working with our stakeholders and partners to refine the solution. Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders and expert partners to bring a project together.An understanding of the tech to enable you to converse and communicate with our technology partnersSome knowledge / experience working with platforms such as HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Azure and Power BIExpert in project management software such as Asana, Jira and WrikeCore skills:Project planning and scheduling (e.g., Gantt charts, roadmaps)Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagementFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologiesProficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similarBudget management and cost controlResource allocationScope and change managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification an advantageAbility to work remotely and stay motivated and engaged (on site in Port Macquarie preferred but remote Sydney possible)Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, to include fluency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive and SharepointConflict resolution skillsAbility to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse individuals.
