As a Structural Engineer with ADG, you will:
* Perform structural engineering design tasks of basic scope and complexity under the direction and guidance of senior and associate engineers
* Apply your knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and authority requirements to your design
* Consider construction costings, practice, buildability, and programs as part of your design
* Communicate respectfully, openly, and effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
* Collaborate with and assist other disciplines within the organisation to create awareness and broaden your knowledge base
* Contribute to the development of project plans and specifications to grow your technical capabilities
* Conduct site inspections as instructed and in line with ADG's QA processes
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
* 3-5 years of industry experience
* Drive, ambition, and genuine enthusiasm to develop and learn on the job
* Ability to adhere to production schedules with a track record in meeting deadlines
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with peers
* Design experience with concrete, steel, and timber framed structures
* On-site inspection experience
