Strategic Performance Specialist
About the Role:
The Strategic Performance Specialist will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor, and drive performance accountability amongst supply partners. This role is critical in achieving business objectives through strategic management of the supplier panel.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall panel strategy, including panel composition, communications, and engagement while driving favourable cost management and capacity commitments. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing ICBM data and compliance, supporting negotiations with suppliers, collaborating with analytics teams to identify opportunities, and working closely with Supply Chain Performance & Development Managers.
Main Responsibilities:
* ICBM Data Review and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate review of ICBM data to inform business decisions
* Supplier Negotiations: Support negotiation with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve performance
* Analytics Collaboration: Work closely with Category Analytics team to identify and prepare opportunities for improvement
* Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with Supply Chain Performance & Development Managers to drive panel strategy and engagement
About You:
* Qualifications: Finance, Procurement, Risk, Data Analytics, Project Management, or Trade Experience (desired)
* Insurance Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years, preferably in claims & leadership roles
* Supply Chain Experience: Minimum 2 years
* Understanding of Supply Chain Principles: Proven knowledge of supply chain best practices and principles
