About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Leader to drive demand generation and lead acquisition through data-driven, creative, and commercially focused campaigns.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across multiple education brands. The successful candidate will own the strategy, manage a high-performing team, and drive results through optimisation of channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the Strategy: Define and implement performance marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to meet lead and enrolment targets.
* Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of in-house and agency marketers across onshore and offshore teams.
* Drive Results: Optimise channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign performance to achieve CPL and CPA targets.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Website, and Creative teams to ensure full-funnel alignment and conversion optimisation.
About You
You're a strategic and commercially minded performance marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* 8 - 10+ years in senior performance marketing roles (client or agency side).
* Proven success in digital acquisition, campaign development, and media strategy.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
* Deep understanding of marketing effectiveness across media and creative.
* Experience leading integrated campaigns from demand generation to lead capture.
* Expertise in A/B testing, web optimisation, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Tableau).
* A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
