About the role

As a Speech Pathologist with Ability WA, you'll:

* Deliver evidence-based therapy to people living with disability
* Empower customers through a person-centred approach
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary therapy team using the key worker model
* Provide therapy at our hubs and in the community
* Work closely with families, schools, hospitals, and other support networks

Full Time or Part Time positions available

Wanneroo or Yanchep hub location base with flexible work options

About You

You bring more than skills - you bring energy, creativity, and a way of making therapy engaging and empowering. You thrive on variety, mentoring colleagues, and celebrating small wins that lift the whole team.

We'll also need:

* A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility)
* Driver's Licence & ability to travel for community visits
* Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, National Police Clearance, First Aid)
