From wildlife to waterfalls, our tours are a front-row seat to the Kimberley's scenery. Lake Argyle Resort offers experiences set against one of Australia's iconic man-made lakes. Kununurra Cruises features dinner and music as the sun sets on Lake Kununurra. We're looking for passionate skippers and coxswains to join us to share the wonder of this region.

The Role

Are you a Coxswain Level 2 or Master 5 ready to swap the ordinary for the extraordinary? Triple J Tours, Kununurra Cruises and Lake Argyle Resort are seeking skilled skippers and coxswains to deliver unforgettable experiences in the East Kimberley. This is more than a skipper job—it's your chance to be the face of our tours. You'll guide guests on the Ord River, cruise Lake Argyle and Lake Kununurra, or help with transfers, playing a key role in creating memorable adventures for visitors.

Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

* Coxswain Level 2 or Master 5 Certification
* MED 2 Certification (Lake Argyle Only)
* Current Senior First Aid
* Manual Driver's License
* Working With Children

Not essential but preferred

* MR License
* WA Passenger Transport Drivers Authorisation (or equivalent)
* Storytelling and ability to connect with guests
* Interest in wildlife and nature
* Mechanical knowledge (handy)
* WA approved managers and/or RSA

This is a remote role in the Kimberley Region. Please consider remote living for an extended period. We offer competitive remuneration and remote living benefits, plus career development and training programs.

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks (lifting up to 20 kg, kneeling and squatting), handling chemicals, and operating machinery.
