This position is focused on fostering a positive staff culture, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and supporting strategic direction. The successful candidate will have a strong generalist background and excellent interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR systems. They will also provide expert advice, drive HR initiatives, and contribute to high-performing and engaged workforce development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic HR Leadership: Provide expert HR advice and support to School leaders, aligning staffing structures with strategic goals.
* Culture & Staff Development: Promote a positive and inclusive staff culture, coaching and supporting managers in effective people leadership.
* HR Operations & Administration: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, maintaining HR systems, databases, and reporting tools.
