Jessie Cares is looking for compassionate and dependable Casual Care Support Workers to support older adults living in aged care homes throughout Tweed Heads.

Your day-to-day duties may include:
* Assisting residents with personal care and routine daily tasks
* Supporting independence and contributing to residents' overall wellbeing
* Helping maintain a calm, respectful, and encouraging environment
* Offering companionship and building supportive relationships

Required Qualifications
To join Jessie Cares, applicants must have:
* A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
* Current First Aid & CPR certifications
* A recent National Police Check
* Infection Control & Prevention training
* Manual Handling certification
