Are you a qualified Technician looking for variety, growth, and a supportive team environment? At CMV Derrimut, we're offering exciting opportunities across general service, heavy repairs, and our innovative bus department – including work on hybrid buses and the latest Volvo, Mack, and UD models. With flexible shift patterns and a wide range of work from pre-delivery to diagnostics and technical electrical repairs, no two days are ever the same. What You'll Be Doing
* Perform repairs, servicing, and inspections on engines, gearboxes, brakes, diffs, and more.
* Use cutting-edge diagnostic software and tools.
* Accurately document work completed, parts used, and provide clear recommendations.
* Mentor and support apprentices, mechanics, and trade assistants.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of Certificate III in Mechanical Trade (or equivalent).
* Experience with heavy vehicles – American, European, or Japanese driveline experience is a bonus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* HR/HC licence is an advantage, but not essential.
* A strong work ethic, pride in your work, and a safety-first mindset.
* Your own tools (we provide specialised tools and have an in-house tool room).
