Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly research, resolve, and respond to user requests to ensure high-quality support (Customer obsession)
* Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing issues from analysis to testing and follow-up
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests, incidents, and project activities efficiently
* Assist with triage and escalation of server, system, or network issues promptly
* Manage accurate inventory of equipment to optimize resources
* Provide hands-on and remote support for teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment effectively
