* Classification: SAES Level 2 – Full Time / Term Contract (Temporary up to Three Years)
Overview:
* This role reports directly to the Deputy Chief Executive, Strategy & Governance and is one of five Executive Directors within the Division.
* The Executive Director Governance Advisory Services will take a system leadership role in strategic policy, legal, legislation, governance, corporate governance, insurance and records management services, risk management, internal audit program and compliance, projects and initiatives that impact the Department for Health and Wellbeing (DHW), the Local Health Networks, SA Ambulance (SAAS) and any attached offices.
* The Executive Director Governance Advisory Services will take a leadership role in developing, preparing and delivering professional and responsive legal, governance, corporate governance, insurance, risk management, internal audit program and compliance, policy and legislation services to SA Health and Minister for Health and Wellbeing that impacts on health services in South Australia, along with operations of the Department.
