About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
* Lead and inspire your room team to deliver high‐quality early learning experiences
* Create engaging, play‐based learning environments aligned with the EYLF
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Mentor educators and contribute to a positive, collaborative centre culture
* Support the service in meeting and exceeding the National Quality Standards
About You
You will bring:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
* Strong experience in a Lead Educator role or readiness to step into leadership
* A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
* A genuine passion for nurturing children's learning, wellbeing, and development
