Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Store Person / Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team based in Perth's southern suburbs. This is a full-time, long-term position responsible for receiving and dispatching goods, stock management and safe forklift operations to support industrial component supply and workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, check and store incoming deliveries of industrial/mechanical components; reconcile with delivery dockets and update stock records.
* Operate forklift equipment (counterbalance/high-reach) to safely load, unload and move goods across the warehouse and workshop areas.
* Pick, pack and prepare customer orders and workshop jobs for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Conduct regular stock-takes, cycle counts and maintain warehouse inventory systems.
* Keep the warehouse organised, clean and compliant with all WHS and site safety procedures.
* Assist with general workshop and logistics support as required.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Current forklift licence with proven experience operating in a warehouse or workshop environment.
* Previous experience as a store person, warehouse assistant or logistics officer, ideally handling mechanical/industrial parts.
* Good computer literacy with the ability to update stock management systems.
* Strong attention to detail, safety-first attitude and reliable work ethic.
* Current Australian driver's licence.
