Lead strategic delivery of Adobe Experience Manager across enterprise platforms. 12-month max-term contract opportunity. Sydney location with great WFH flexibility.
What you'll do
* Lead the strategic evolution of AEM aligning platform capabilities with business goals and customer needs
* Provide expert guidance on architecture design and best practices across Sites Assets Forms and Headless delivery
* Drive continuous improvement in platform performance accessibility and SEO using tools like Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with analytics identity and backend systems
* Champion governance compliance and secure content workflows across the platform
* Mentor delivery teams and foster a culture of innovation quality and capability uplift
What you'll bring
* Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud including hands-on delivery across web and mobile
* Strong knowledge of integration patterns RESTful APIs GraphQL and Adobe I/O for dynamic content delivery
* Experience in agile methodologies CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using Adobe Cloud Manager
* Proficiency in JavaScript (including React) HTML5 CSS and front-end optimisation
* Ability to translate business goals into scalable platform features and enhancements
