Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.

- Able to prepare all month-end reports in a timely manner.

- Ensure all maintenance issues are followed up and actioned promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or any other technical engineering field.

- Minimum 1 year experience in a clerical capacity in a hotel environment.

- Experience with Hotel Property Management System is beneficial.
